Great question! Unfortunately, their is no way to add a file on Etsy that is over 20MB. What I do is sign up for Google Dropbox, upload the file their, and create a downloadable link.

I then upload a message on Etsy download section, saying use this link to download your purchase. It takes them to Google Dropbox where they can automatically download the file. Your images for printing should be at least dpi. You can't create a small dpi image and then enlarge it because the dpi will drop. So whatever size you decide you want to sell in inches, create the file in that size at dpi. You need at least dpi for print - preferably dpi or even higher, depending on the quality required.

PNG is lossless, though file sizes are larger.
